This website is operated by 济南莱宜进出口有限公司. LAIYI AUTO is our trading brand. We provide sourcing and supply services as an independent parts supplier.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, models and part numbers belong to their respective rights holders and are used as identification and application references. Unless expressly stated with verifiable support, these references do not indicate that LAIYI is an affiliate or authorized dealer of a manufacturer, or is sponsored, approved or endorsed by one.
Genuine and aftermarket supply options
We can discuss genuine and aftermarket replacement options according to your requirements. The catalog does not classify every listing as genuine. An OEM / part number, brand category or similar appearance alone does not establish the manufacturer, authenticity or origin of the goods offered.
Confirm the actual part type, supply brand or manufacturer, markings, packaging and available source documentation in the quotation and order. An aftermarket replacement is not supplied as the vehicle manufacturer's genuine part. Please state clearly if you accept only one supply type.
Catalog, images and application checks
The catalog and images support identification and inquiries; they are not a live inventory or a complete technical catalog. Check the complete part number, vehicle model or VIN, assembly identity, photographs and relevant specifications before a formal quotation. A catalog match does not itself confirm fitment or interchangeability.
Resolve superseded numbers, specification differences and packaging requirements before confirming the order. Photographs, labels and batch details for the actual goods can be agreed as part of the specific inquiry.
Minimum quantities, lead times and transport
Minimum quantities, stock, preparation time, quotation validity, transport method and proposed dispatch arrangements are confirmed per order. Refer to the details in the current written quotation.
We can coordinate consolidation, storage and international transport arrangements. Confirm the route, insurance, customs documents, duties and delivery responsibilities for the destination and agreed transaction. State any required trade term in the quotation or order.
Quotations, payment and company verification
The agreed written quotation and order specify the price, currency, payment method, payment milestones and payee.
Verify company and payment details through a known contact before paying. If you receive instructions to change the bank account or pay a different entity, reconfirm through your established contact channel before arranging payment.
Inspection, packaging and after-sales arrangements
We can arrange inspection, repacking and labeling as agreed. Define the inspection items, sampling scope, packaging standard and required documents in advance. A general visual or quantity check is not comprehensive performance certification.
Warranty scope, duration, evidence required for a quality claim and the resolution process depend on the specific product and agreed conditions. Keep order details, labels, batch information and issue photographs for review. This information does not exclude mandatory destination requirements or rights and obligations that apply by law.
