1. Use a small set of clear columns
Begin with line ID, OEM / requested number, part description, quantity, unit and brand/application. Add a column for open questions. An empty confirmed-number field is preferable to an invented number.
Store long numeric-looking OEM references as text in a spreadsheet. Reopen the saved file to check that leading zeros and suffixes remain intact.
- Line ID and full requested part number.
- Quantity and unit: pieces, sets or another defined unit.
- Vehicle / assembly identification where needed.
- Photo filenames and any uncertainty.
2. Name the supporting material
Use filenames such as line-012-label and line-012-overall so the reviewer can connect photographs to the correct row. Keep an original marking photograph when transcribing a difficult number. Avoid sending unrelated pictures without a line reference.
3. Define acceptable supply options
State whether genuine parts, a named aftermarket product or separately priced options are wanted. Describe what is included in a requested kit. Identify any line that must not be substituted without further confirmation.
If quantities change, issue a new list version and highlight the change. Do not rely on a second message saying “same list, twice as many” when different lines have different quantities.
4. Use the website upload entry
The LAIYI upload form accepts PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV and image files subject to its displayed limits. Check the actual form before submitting, and use the contact channel shown there if your materials exceed those limits.
Provide a contact route and destination country so questions can be answered. Vehicle details and buyer information belong in the inquiry, not an open social post.
Line | Requested OEM | Description | Quantity | Unit | Application / assembly | Photo reference | Open question
5. Ask for a matching response
Request a quotation using the same line IDs, with offered references, manufacturer/supply option and unresolved questions. Uploading is a request for review, not confirmation of availability, application or an accepted order.
